1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Ledgerwell", "we", "us", "our" — refers to Ledgerwell, operating from 20 Jalan Dungun, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur.
• "User", "you" — any individual accessing our website or registering for a programme.
• "Programme" — any financial education session, workshop, or course offered by Ledgerwell.
• "Content" — all materials, guides, summaries, and information provided as part of a Programme.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with any programme registration confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, registering for a programme, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a Ledgerwell programme.

3. Services

Ledgerwell provides financial education programmes covering topics including credit and debt management, Islamic finance principles, and estate and inheritance planning. These programmes are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice, legal advice, or product recommendations. Session availability is subject to scheduling and minimum attendance requirements.

4. Registration and Enrolment

Programme registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Ledgerwell reserves the right to decline a registration at its discretion. You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided at registration is accurate. Group sizes are capped and places are allocated on a first-come basis.

5. Payment Terms

Programme fees are as published on our website at the time of registration, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Fees are payable in full prior to the first session. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of registration.

Fees include all sessions within the programme and all associated materials. No additional charges apply unless explicitly communicated in writing.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your attendance, please notify us at least five (5) business days before your scheduled session. The following terms apply:

• Cancellations with 5 or more business days' notice: full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
• Cancellations with fewer than 5 business days' notice: rescheduling offered subject to availability; refunds at Ledgerwell's discretion.
• No-shows without prior notice: no refund will be issued.

Ledgerwell reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or alternative session will be offered.

7. Intellectual Property

All programme content, materials, guides, and website content are the intellectual property of Ledgerwell. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use programme materials for your own educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without written permission from Ledgerwell.

8. User Responsibilities

By using our website and participating in our programmes, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration and enquiry.
• Treat other participants and educators with courtesy and respect.
• Not record sessions without the prior written consent of Ledgerwell.
• Not use programme content for commercial redistribution or resale.
• Not use our website for any unlawful purpose.

9. Disclaimers

Ledgerwell's programmes are provided for educational purposes only. Nothing within our sessions, materials, or website constitutes financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to purchase any financial product. Ledgerwell does not accept responsibility for any financial decision made by a participant following attendance at a programme. Participants should seek appropriate professional advice for their individual circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ledgerwell's total liability to you in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the programme in question. Ledgerwell shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services or website.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia. We encourage parties to seek informal resolution before pursuing formal proceedings.

12. Amendments

Ledgerwell reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website or services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
